Profile

Research interests include developing disease risk maps and models, modeling environmental influences and climate change impacts on outbreak dynamics of forest pests, landscape ecology, and community-level interactions.

Education

Received a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from A.N.G.R. Agricultural University, India (2000), a Master’s degree in Agriculture from West Texas A&M University (2003), and a Ph.D. in Entomology from Oklahoma State University (2007).  Worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow (spatio-temporal modeling of outbreaks) at the University of Northern British Columbia (2008-2011).
