Ecosystem Disservices

Ecosystem disservices are outcomes from living and non-living components of ecosystems that have direct negative effects on human society and well-being. These can impact society (e.g., wildfires, infrastructure damage), portions of society (e.g., people with pollen allergies), or individuals (e.g., damage to property).
