Remarks:
In second growth forest near tennis court. Abundant under western redcedar. Basidia longitudinally septate. Spores elliptical, broadly fusiform. UTM = 1046536

Remarks:
Fungus fruiting from sclerotia made up of Helvella lacunosa and Clitocybe tissue (some clamps observed). Dead decaying Helvella also attached to specimens (asci observed). Found with Douglas-fir and Lodgepole pine in grass.

Tree is exhibiting a stress cone crop. Only found on one hemlock but no others in area. It is surrounded by an urban area. Few basidiospores, but dextrinoid skeletal & binding hyphae.
